Problems with counting

If the referrers sign up with your link and verify his email by clicking on the link in the registration mail, then they must be counted.

On Android or IOS to determine what ID of the invited user, we use Google API Service, which sends us information about each installation.

If the install was not counted, that means affiliate id was not transferred to the Google Play Market or App Store.

Active referral — referral who activated the process of mining on PC or android device. We pay you a percentage of income from your referrals.

If there are no expected number of referrals, maybe some of them just stopped mining. Also, a couple of the users may be blocked by our anti-fraud system, who tried to cheat, their accounts were locked, and you will not see them in your stats anymore.

When having mining function activated, CryptoTab Browser icon shall stay visible in the taskbar at any time, it should not be hidden from a computer owner.
If any of the provisions or terms specified herein are violated in any manner, we reserve the right to prohibit the use of CryptoTab Browser and stop mining process, including access and further use of the existing mining results.
